  • In-Person Evaluation + Final Report

    Detailed physical examination with Dr. Starbuck. After all screening reports are complete, Dr. Starbuck will create a final report including an exceptionally detailed action plan to keep you feeling your best! 

  • Total Body Imaging

    Obtain high-resolution imaging of your vital organs through low-dose CT lung screening, MRI of the abdomen and pelvis, and brain MRI with NeuroQuant for advanced volumetric brain analysis. These studies are available across major mainland U.S. cities and will be available on Maui in Q3 2026.

    At Makena Health, we prefer dedicated Total Body MRI protocols over services such as Prenuvo to prioritize higher diagnostic accuracy, better organ-specific imaging quality, and fewer unnecessary incidental findings that can lead to confusion, anxiety, and avoidable downstream testing.

  • Cancer Screening

    Galleri® is a multi-cancer early detection test, a blood test that screens for many of the deadliest cancers before they become symptomatic including those with no recommended screening tests today. 

  • Cardiac Screening

    Cleerly Heart Exam, facilitates early diagnosis, informed decision-making and personalized treatment and tracking of coronary heart disease. This test is available across major mainland U.S. cities and will be available on Maui in Q3 2026.

    EKG - Evaluate the electrical activity of your heart with this non-invasive test (in office) 

  • Genome Analysis

    OPTION 1 - IntellXX DNA : Highly sophisticated genomic precision, includes consult + in-depth analysis.

    OPTION 2 - 3x4: Baseline genetic information and markers.

  • Body Composition

    The SECA BIA Machine is a sophisticated medical device meticulously engineered to provide precise and comprehensive body composition analysis, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in your health assessment. 

  • Baseline Lab Work

    CBC, CMP, HsCRP/ESR, Vitamin D, Lipid Panel, ApoB, Oxpl-ApoB, Apo A-1, ANA, Uric Acid, Hormones (Thyroid Panel (T4, Free T3, TSH, Reverse T3, Hashimotos Antibodies), Total/Free Testosterone, Estrogen, SHBG, DHT, DHEA), B12, Folate, Homocysteine, Ferritin, Iron, HbA1c, Fasting Insulin, Magnesium RBC, PSA, GGT

  • VO2 Max

At Makena Health, we use the Q-NRG Max metabolic testing system, considered an industry-leading standard for VO₂ max and cardiopulmonary performance assessment due to its hospital-grade breath-by-breath gas analysis, exceptional accuracy, and research-level validation. Combined with both our treadmill and cycle ergometer testing options, this allows us to deliver highly precise, personalized fitness and longevity data tailored to clients of all performance levels.
